Types of Hackers

This page is dedicated to information on methods of hacking, tips on how to not get hacked, and some information on spyware that people use. I had to research this topic so I hope you enjoy this post and learn from it.

Hacking Methods:

Trust Me/We're Buddies

These Jammers will buddy you, and then ask if they can play as you. This happened to my friend. Whatever you do, SAY NO! They aren't really your buddies, if this is case.

Tell  Me Your Pass, Or Else

These people want you to give up your password or else they'll "take more" from you. If they really had the ability to scam you of items without needing your information, then why do they need your password, anyway? STAY AWAY!

Membership Codes/Item Generators

These usually require you to input your username and password. Sometimes, they may even go as far as to ask you for your Parent Dashboard information. Do not trust these as they may not only ruin your Animal Jam account, but they can spread horrible Malware/Spyware viruses to your desktops and laptops. These sites are better left alone.

How to Avoid Hacking Systems and Hackers

That's right! It's as simple as that! Just SAY. NO, even if they are your buddy on Animal Jam. Unbuddy them and leave, or take a chance to explain to them that hacking isn't right. If they are your real-world friend, you can speak to your parents about this, and then perhaps talk to your friend about it. They shouldn't get in huge trouble, so don't worry. They just will have to learn that hacking isn't okay.

The next tip is to STAY OFF OF GENERATOR SITES! They can not only destroy your account but can even destroy computers and lead to bad pages and can let people access your information! Yikes! Don't use these sites.

This is the research portion of this post. I will be covering the topic of hack systems, hackers, and Animal Jam's security.

To begin this portion, I'd like to mention some popular Hackers who did indeed exist.

Fman122/Abracadabraalakazam

This is the alleged infamous hacker, Fman122 (bottom right). He would send you a gift, despite being a non-member, and a message usually saying "Thanks for Playing!" That sounds like something someone would say at the end of a game, right? Well, that's the point. If the player chooses to open the gift, they can get amazing things like more than one gift and spikes, and even pets! Sometimes you would receive unreleased items. But then, after opening, your account would begin to fall apart. He'd take everything until nothing was left.

Recently, a popular Animal Jam Youtuber (and sister of Aparri), Bepper, opened up to us about the truth behind Fman122. Truth is, the red, black and white wolf isn't the one to worry over. It's a raccoon named Abra. You can watch her video covering the whole creepy series of events about this true, mysterious account here. Beware this Jammer. If you visit the den, please make an account that cannot trace back to your main account. This means you will need a different user, password, and email. Don't buddy anyone that is on your main account or interact with them or your primary account in any way. Better safe than sorry.

WretchedJungle A.K.A. MightySquad

No one speaks of MightySquad as often, but this was a MASSIVE hacking that went on in 2015. MightySquad was a team of 27 members set out to hack Animal Jammers. In mid-April, 9pm American time (no specifics were given), Wootmoo, Kosho, and WisteriaMoon had made Instagram posts about how they were hacked. LilacPetal AJ was concerned about how MS did this. Lilac joined MightySquad which caused people to target her and get very upset. She later uploaded a video explaining how she just wanted to know how MS did all of this. No one knows to this day what the true intentions of the group were. Some think they were fed up with whiney jammers, and that they might have hacked AJHQ and added items back into the game. If intentions are harmful to Jammers, then let's hope that we never find out.

007BunBun

She hacked a famous YouTuber called LegitNickAJ around mid-October. Watch his videos here and here. You can also view her YouTube channel here. However, BunBun claims that it was a glitch. Who knows... She has had some accounts that have gotten into quite some trouble, however.

Zarfy, Veslestrix, and Omnipotent

These three have gotten into legal trouble and are overall rude and aggravating. Look them up on YouTube and you can find videos about them. All of their main accounts were banned and every account they make gets banned as well.

Hacking Systems:

It is unknown what hacking systems are used, but an auto-accept trade program used to be a threat.
